  • A PLACE OF CONTRASTS. A PLACE WHERE CITY AND NATURE MEET IN A WAY THAT IMPACTS DIRECTLY ON YOUR BODY AND MIND.

Since I trained with Simon and the team, it has directly had a big impact on my body, which became more defined and powerful (specially cardio, physical endurance) and it allows you to go quickly out of your comfort zone and you can of course always choose how far you want to go during the exercices, which never appear the same every week, and with a special attention by the coach, since the numbers of people training together allows that.

There are so many different ways to raise up the intensity, and go further in your own progress, and at the same time, for ex, Dr Morgä Ehrä gathers in one hour one of the richest different type of training and the most complete you can imagine (as a doctor, I can only underline that), from warming up by running, stretching, intense intervals exercices and then meditation through breathing exercices and the best part: an unbelievable experiment : the progressive coldness exposure.

What you learn also is having this kind of routine really helps you to be more focus on yourself and sharing that with amazing people is always a blast!

This combination suggested outside has helped me to develop my adaptative capacity in any conditions, specially mentally speaking.

It has definitely strengthened my spirit and even though you decide to do it once a week, the beneficial effect you got from it is priceless in terms of body building mindset and lifestyle.
